Front of House Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join our hospitality team. This is a varied role overseeing the day-to-day front of house operation across our Golfers Lounge, Woodlands Restaurant and Weddings & Events.
The successful candidate will be a confident leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a high-performing team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements:
- Previous front of house supervisory experience is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example.
- High standards of customer service and attention to detail.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Due to our rural location being able to drive and or easily commute to and from work is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front of house team across the Golfers Lounge, Woodlands Restaurant, and Weddings & Events (such as; wakes, conferences, baby showers ect)
- Lead shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
- Support, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure bar, restaurant, and event areas are fully prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and events teams to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with shift organisation and daily operational requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure all areas comply with licensing, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational excellence across the venue

Working Pattern:
- Varied shifts, including 9 + hours.
- Weekend availability as needed.

Clubhouse Cleaner
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Clubhouse Cleaner to help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our golf course clubhouse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members, guests and visitors.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and the safe handling, storage, and use of cleaning chemicals is desirable. The successful candidate must follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Full training will be provided where required.
- Flexible to work early mornings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
Duties Include:
- Clean and maintain all areas of the clubhouse, including lounges, changing rooms, toilets, offices, and function rooms.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish all designated areas.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste safely and responsibly.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and washroom consumables.
- Clean windows, fixtures, fittings, and other surfaces as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns promptly.
- Follow cleaning schedules and adhere to all health and safety procedures.
Hours of Work
- 6:00am – 10:00am, as and when required to meet the needs of the business.
