Restaurant Supervisor / Deputy Manager
Woodlands Restaurant at The Chase Golf & Country Club are looking for a Full Time Restaurant Supervisor to join their growing team. Waiting on & Bar Staff
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our already successful Restaurant Team and Banqueting team.
Responsibilities in this position will include; Meeting & Greeting guests. Serving drinks and meals as well as clearing. Laying up, re-laying and making sure the restaurant and function suites are tidy. Taking orders. Providing a 5 star service to our guests and making them have an excellent experience at The Chase and Woodlands Restaurant.
- Flexible working hours
- Food & beverage experience welcomed but not necessary.
- Training will be provided inhouse.

Conference & Banqueting Supervisor
The Chase Golf & Country Club are looking to recruit an experienced conference and banqueting supervisor to support the expanding business needs as well as run their own team. You will be responsible for the smooth running of all events dealing with a variety of clients including, conferences, Christmas parties, weddings, wakes and everything in between. Your role will be to ensure the business meets all of the requirements for each client. Working closely with the other Food & Beverage managers will be key to your success in this role, so excellent communication skills are vital.
- Operating the facilities profitably
- Planning ahead so each event runs smoothly
- Managing your banqueting team along with other Supervisors
- Briefing staff and checking the room set-up before the event
- Ensuring the rooms is turned around, ready for the next event
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage your team
- The confidence to liaise with other heads of department and deliver what the client wants
- Good communication skills
- Confidence to greet organizers, hosts and VIPs and to show clients you are giving them your full attention
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- A cool head to deal with last minute requests and problems
- A confident can-do attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
