Following a career in Engineering, Consulting, Coaching, Mentoring and running my own business I feel privileged to be able to help people improve their health and fitness and guide a growing number of inspirational people to dramatically improve their health and wellbeing by developing a positive mindset and a passion for activity and healthy food.

I like to work closely with my Clients to identify goals and develop achievable long-term plans that deliver results. I’ll help you understand your true potential and what you are capable of.

We will utilise a wide range of equipment and training styles dependent upon what you like, dislike and your current capabilities and skills and future potential.

I have always had a passion for all things sport related which lead me to the career I have today. I have a keen desire to never stop learning so I enjoy reading about nutrition, sport and fitness whenever I can.

Outside the gym you will normally find me with a coffee, watching football (Wolves fan) or planning my next holiday!

I have worked in the fitness industry for 10 years and gained experienced working with a variety of clients – from everyday gym goers looking to improve their fitness and physique to professional athletes including European Tour golfers and elite level MMA fighters.

Think about what your goals might be, what your budget is, what you want to achieve and by when.
Take a look at each PT’s personal profile. Have a chat with each of them, about their services and how they will help you achieve results.
Watch each of the PT’s with their current clients, speak to their clients about their results and what the PT has helped them achieve.
Check out each PT on Social Media to see what they have to say.
Expect results, if you are working hard and not getting them take time to discuss this with your PT and don’t be afraid to change your PT if necessary.

A tailored service for a small group of Clients, around 4-8, with similar goals and objectives.  More cost effective than one to one Personal Training with the added benefits of tailored coaching and programming for each individual member.

Small Group Exercise Classes

A set programme or class for a small group of Clients, around 4-8, all following the same workouts which can be scaled to your individual abilities.

Outdoor Bootcamps

All weather, outdoor fitness and fun with a small group of Clients, around 8-12 per Coach, all following the same workouts, as a team or individuals, which can be scaled to your individual abilities.

Transformation Programmes

An intensive fixed term programme aimed at achieving a desired result or goal at the end of the time period.

Sports Specific Training

Whether it is Golf, Running, Rowing, MMA, Bodybuilding, Crossfit, Football, Rugby a programme specifically designed to improve your performance in your chosen field.

Retreats and Weekend Camps
