Losing someone is never easy but we’re here to guide and support you through this difficult time. Whether it’s a simple wake or a celebration of life, we have several suites available to create a send-off most fitting for the person who has passed. We’ll listen to you and guide you through the process with tenderness and compassion.

To begin, you are welcome to contact us on 01785 712 888 (option 2) or email hospitality@thechasegolf.co.uk to arrange an initial appointment. We will then invite you to the venue for a relaxed coffee and viewing, where you will meet one of our experienced Event Coordinators. During this time, we will talk you through our available suites, packages, and suitable dates, helping you choose the right setting for your needs. Once you have decided on your date and location we can book this for you and we will invite you back in closer to the time to go through the finer details.

On your final meeting, we will help guide you through menu options, times, music, décor and any other final touches to make the wake or celebration of life as perfect as possible for your loved one. Our Events team have worked hard to come up with a checklist to make sure nothing is forgotten, ensuring it is as personal as you would like it to be.

On the day of the funeral, you will be greeted by a member of staff in the foyer who will guide you and your guests to the correct location. Tea and coffee will be available on arrival, with exclusive use of either our Woodlands Restaurant Bar or Atrium Bar. Your chosen buffet will be served at a pre-arranged time, and you are welcome to bring flowers or photographs either on the day or in advance.
