Health Club & Spa Facililites
All of our Spa Packages incorporate full use of our fitness and relaxation facilities in addition to use of our Tranquillity Room and Heat Experience Area so you can enjoy the complete ‘wellness experience’ during your time at the Spa.
Heat Experience area includes: Aroma Crystal Steam Room, Sauna, Ice Therapy, Shower Experience and tranquillity relaxation Room. Enjoy the complete experience with a spa day at The Chase Spa relax, unwind and simply get away from the stresses of daily life.
Our days are designed for you to do as little or as much as you wish with full use of our extensive facilities. Choose to relax in our Heat Experience area or Tranquility Room, Condition your body with our state of the art gym, take part in our mind, body and soul classes or simply indulge with a pampering treatment. Everything is provided for you from a comfortable robe, towels and slippers to a delicious 2 course light lunch and a welcome drink on arrival.
