Booking
Booking not made as part of a day spa package.
24 hours cancellation notice is needed for all
treatments, failure to cancel within, the period
required will occur a standard charge of £5 per
15 minutes for treatment time booked.
The company shall not be held responsible for
spa treatments that are either missed or
shortened as a result of clients/ guests arriving
late for their appointment or package. In these
circumstances no refund or other form of
compensation shall be available or offered.
Spa therapies are subject to revision without
prior notice.
Eating and Drinking
Included in your spa day package is a delicious
two course light lunch. Times will be allocated
on arrival, unless otherwise stated on
booking your spa day experience. We ask
that if you have any special dietary
requirements or food allergies to contact us
prior to your arrival and we will be happy to
discuss this with you.
In addition, we offer a wide range of
refreshments throughout the day available at
an additional charge. If you fancy a treat or if
you have something special to celebrate, you
can also pre-order champagne and
strawberries or truffles for the end of your day,
please contact your reservations team.
Booking classes and use of facilities.
The time of classes for your day will be
available on arrival. Please note that you are
limited to only two classes per spa day guest
and are on a first come first served basis.
Valuables
No responsibility can be accepted by the
company for the safety of money or valuables
of any kind brought on to the property whether
placed in a locker or not. If you do bring
valuable items it is essential that they are
covered by your own insurance for the period
of your stay.
Member’s Discounts
Member’s discounts apply throughout the
property on various goods and service. 5%
Discount is given to members wishing to book
spa days and individual treatments. Exclusions
apply (for example Spa retail products, and
already discounted treatment – Offers)
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of the
buildings, designated external spaces are
provided.
Important Information.
At The Chase Golf, Health Club & Spa, we will
endeavour to make your day with us a relaxing
and memorable experience.
Day spa experiences and therapies are
subject to availability. Therefore, they need to
be reserved with full payment upon booking.
Prices and inclusive therapies are subject to
revision without prior notice. Please note
inclusive therapies are not transferable and
non-refundable. Offers and offer date are
subject to change.
There are some contra-indications to some of
the facilities like sauna, steam rooms and
treatments. Guests with Heart Conditions,
High/Low blood pressure, Arthritis,
Rheumatism, Diabetes or Epilepsy, should
seek medical advice from their doctor.
Please notify us upon booking if you are
pregnant, suffer with allergies or have
restricted mobility.
There may be occasions when advertised
facilities, classes or therapies are not available
or appropriate. In such cases we reserve the
right to vary, amend, cancel or withhold
without notice.
Spa Gift Vouchers
When making a booking over the phone using
vouchers, you must quote you voucher
number & expiry date. Please ensure that you
bring you redeemable gift voucher with you
and present it upon arrival. Non-presentation of
a gift voucher will necessitate a full charge
being made until the gift voucher is presented.
The Chase Golf, Health Club & Spa gift
vouchers should be redeemed against goods/
services to the equivalent/ greater value then
the face value of the voucher. Gift vouchers
are valid for 12 months and cannot be
extended in any circumstances.
Service Charge
A discretionary service charge of 2.5% will be
applied to the accounts of spa day packages
which are included within the price printed.
Should you wish to increase, decrease or
entirely remove the service charge you are
able to do so, just inform the reservation team
when booking your spa day.
Data Protection
In providing your details when making your
booking. We can assure you that we do not
share any of your details with any third parties.
Your information will automatically be used for
our own marketing purposes. For example,
newsletters keeping you up to date with
