Studio & Classes

Our Studio is equipped with sports performance floors; the studios are fully air-conditioned and spacious. They host an array of classes including the very popular Zumba. Others include; the BTS classes (Body Pump, Body Combat etc.), Yoga, Pilates and different circuit sessions, as well as studio cycle classes with state of the art Keiser spin bikes and expert instructors to provide an experience, which will be second to none, and the same standard of experience will be present throughout the whole class timetable. To maintain a comfortable and enjoyable environment, class numbers will be limited, and prior booking will be necessary. This ensures safe practice, and helps avoid any unnecessary accidents. To avoid disruption, it is essential that class attendees arrive 5 minutes before the beginning of the class. Members will be entitled to book classes a maximum of 7 days in advance.

CARDIO/CALORIE BURNING: BODY COMBAT, BODY ATTACK, STEP, CYCLE, CYCLE & ABS

BODY COMBAT: The ultimate martial arts workout. A combination of kick boxing, boxing and karate moves put to energising music, a great way to de-stress whilst burning serious calories and toning your body.
BODY ATTACK: A great way to improve your aerobic fitness. This class uses different basic aerobic techniques in simple routines put to high energising music.
STEP: This is a great cardio workout to tone and shape the bottom and legs whilst having fun to uplifting music.
CYCLE: A high-energy indoor cycling class that needs no co-ordination to achieve a great calorie burning workout.
CYCLE & ABS: As above but adding on a 15 min stomach toning section to complete your workout.

CONDITIONING/TONING: BODY PUMP, BODY CONDITIONING, ABS BLAST, LBT

BODY PUMP: The ultimate in weighted workouts. A class for all abilities that uses barbells and dumbells put to
motivational music.
BODY CONDITIONING: An excellent workout for the whole body targeting all major muscle groups and suitable for all abilities.
ABS BLAST: A 15 minute intense workout focussed solely on the abdominals & core stability.
LBT: A muscle toning class targeting legs, bums & tums, suitable for all abilities.

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

BOXERCISE:This uses the entire body for a cardiovascular & muscle toning workout using boxing principles, that burns more calories in an hour than using a stair climber !
SUPER CIRCUIT:All over workout that targets fitness, power, speed and agility that burns serious calories set out to different stations utilising different stations utilising different functional equipment.

RELAX/RE-ENERGISE: BODY BALANCE, YOGA, PILATES

BODY BALANCE: This focuses on 3 disciplines, yoga, pilates and tai chi. Working on strength, posture alignment and core stability, this class is a fantastic for all ages and abilities.
YOGA: A class that concentrates and inner strength, flexibility and breathing techniques. This is a great workout to find inner peace and calm whilst secretly strengthening and toning.
PILATES: This class is ideal for strengthening posture and balance whilst rehabilitating the body to prevent or repair injuries.

SPECIALIST: ZUMBA, DANCE

ZUMBA: ‘’Join the party’’ a fusion of latin and international music and dance styles that creates a dynamic,
exciting and effective fitness workout. So much fun in one class!
DANCE: A fantastic class that involves mixing different dance styles and moods, to name but a few….Salsa, Hip Hop, Latin, Jive etc.
