Time to dust off those old school uniforms for our Christmas 2012 parties here at The Chase Golf Club.

It’s back to the 70′s, 80′s and 90′s. Where our DJ/Compare will take you for a trip down memory lane
with some old school music & games along with our traditional 4 course Christmas meal.
Fancy dress is optional.

How the night will unfold:

  • Arrive from 7pm for pre dinner drinks
  • Sit down at 8pm for our 4 course Christmas meal
  • 10:00pm dancing to the sounds of the 70′s, 80′s & 90′s
  • 12:30am bar and disco finishes
  • 1:00am Carriages

    Homemade Mushroom Soup with chive crème fraiche

    Poached Salmon & Monkfish Terrine served on fresh salad leaves with a citrus dressing

    Slow cooked Gressingham Duck Leg topped with a red onion & cranberry chutney

    Main Courses

    Locally sourced Turkey with homemade stuffing

    Slow cooked lamb Shank marinated in rosemary, garlic & red wine served on creamy mash with a rich jus & parsnip crisps

    Salmon fillet cooked in Prawn & basil butter topped with roasted cherry tomatoes

    Wild Mushroom, leek, sun dried tomato and Ricotta strudel with tomato & red pepper sauce
